What is Job Applicant

Job Applicant is an organic apply which is candidate directly apply for the position of that particular company. For example, candidate who has experience as sales account apply for position Account Manager at AJobThing Company.

There are two particular of Job Applicant which is Active Candidate and Recommended Candidate  

What is Active Candidate?

  •  A candidate who has been active in our platform, either MauKerja or Ricebowls, within the one month is considered an active candidate. If a candidate is active in MauKerja or Ricebowls within a month, it means that they are still looking for a job.
  •  When an employer offers a job on one of our platforms, the system will immediately send the employers of the current candidates.

What is Recommended Candidate?

  • "Recommend candidate" refers to a candidate who we recommend based on the percentage of their qualifications that match employers job description. 
  • The resume of the candidate will be automatically matched to ascertain the percentage of matches. Because of this, the system will suggest the candidates.

1. Employers need to log in through the Ajobthing website

2. After employers login through our website, they need to click on "Manage Jobs."

3. After selecting Manage Jobs, they may view Active Post Jobs. After that, they could see how many people had applied.

4. As an employer, they can filter according to "Candidate Type."

5. Employers can see how much of that percentage matches the candidate's resume based on the tagline "recommended."

When recommended candidate has been shortlisted by the employer. It will be considered as applicant who applied for the job ad.

6. Employers can see how much of that percentage matches the candidate's resume based on the tagline "Active Candidate."

A candidate is only regarded as active if they frequently visit the website. The system will automatically suggest the candidates whose resumes match the requirements of the position.
